Additional information
- Oneness Nordic is a non-smoking and drug-free zone. There is a designated smoking area outside the center only.
- Please refrain from using perfumes and colognes, as some participants are allergic to those.
- Please do not bring any candles or incense, as they are not allowed due to fire regulations.
- You are welcome to take photos and videos around the centre. Exception: It is not allowed to take any pictures or make recordings in the meditation halls.
- While WiFi is available, we encourage you to leave your phone turned off and in your rooms for the entire duration of your stay. Especially the meditation halls are a sacred space where phones don’t have a place.
- Be mindful of the sessions’ starting times communicated during the courses and arrive on time to settle in peacefully.
- Your practical needs will be supported by a group of volunteers, called mithras, who will be at your service. They will wear a special badge and a yellow scarf. Please reach out to them if there is anything you need during your stay.
